My first day skiing - Only the hardest run was open…but desperate to go, we convinced ourselves I’d be ok. Skiing is SO much harder than it looks and the phrase “you’re a natural” was not once uttered by Anika as she tried to teach me the basics on an advanced run. Mitch overtook us 4 times. I probably fell over more than 20 times and I am SO sore. BUT we picked the perfect day to head up through the clouds. Amazing weather and I had so much fun playing in the snow for the first time!
